Employee Benefit Packages

PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. offers our employees a host of employee benefits, with choices that include; Health, Dental, Vision and disability insurance.  We also have set up a Section 125 Flexible Benefit pan, in which an employee can set aside monies tax free, to pay health expenses and/or childcare costs.  PAYROLL EXPRESS also has a option for Payroll Deduct IRA's for our employees to plan for their own retirement.

Professional Enrollment

A PEI representative will sit down with the new employee recruit, to explain the process, the benefit plans, and help them fill out all of the new hire enrollment forms required by the varied government agencies.

Improved Compliance

To ensure total compliance, we will collect copies of identifications and benefit plan applications.  We will also make sure that the agencies that requiring immediate notification are notified.

Employee Handbook

PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. provides an employee handbook that informs the employee of his/her rights and responsibilities. This handbook will have custom tailored addendums for your particular application. This handbook is available in both print form and online via our website.

Employee Assistance

In the event of a question or problem between the employee and the "Business Owner" or Employee Benefit Provider, PEI will do its best to aid the employee for the quickest resolution.

Portable Benefits

 Occasionally, employees leave or are released from a Client, if they are assigned to another PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. Client, the employees benefit plan will continue uninterrupted without loss of eligibility.
