PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. via a service agreement with the business owner, agrees to " Share" the responsibilities of employment.

PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. then assumes the employees from the business owner.

PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC.   (according to federal law, particularly IRS rules) becomes "The Employer of Record ."

Bi-weekly, we accumulate summarized time sheet data from the business owner using e-mail or fax.  This data is entered into an exclusive payroll/HR software package that produces the payroll run.  The paychecks are printed, folded and stuffed.  An invoice for the total amount of each client's gross payroll, plus an administration fee for that payroll run is also generated.

On delivery day the payroll packets are usually delivered personally (locally) or express mailed.

PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. is responsible for withholding and tracking of all taxes, health insurance premiums, and flex plan elections as well as court-ordered garnishments, including child support orders.  These withholdings will require payments to their respective institutions, and must be remitted in a very timely manner.

You as the Business Owner, continue on with the day-to-day supervision of our "Shared" employees.  You also determine wages, raises, bonuses and any commissions.

You know your business the best, so you decide the size of the staff required to get the job done most effectively.  If you need to hire we will assist, if you need to dismiss staff, we can help with that also.

The Business Owner, must provide a safe work environment for our shared employees.  Should you or any of our employees have any HR related questions, inquiries, dilemmas or fiascos, you know that PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. is here to help guide you thru the day. We promise to do our best to help your small business grow.

At the end of the pay period, you accumulate the time sheets, review the hours, and tally commissions (if any) then fax or e-mail the data to our office and let our staff of professional payroll specialists go to work!

You will be notified of the invoice amount.  That way when the payroll packet (including an invoice and the payroll checks) is delivered, you will already have prepared a single check - a quick "exchange" and you are done with payroll for another 2 weeks!

On payday, you pass out the paychecks, or earning statments, and thank our "Shared Employees" for a job well done.

You continue with the "Business of your Business", knowing that payroll and reporting has been taken care of accurately and professionally!.
