PEOs pool employees from dozens of small companies. We hire them via a process called “Employee Sharing” or as it used to be called “Employee Leasing.”
After signing an agreement with PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. (PEI) You, the business owner, and we, (PEI) “Share” your employees. You are the onsite manager, and PAYROLL EXPRESS, INC. is your offsite ‘Personnel’ or ‘HR’ department.
“Sharing” allows a small group of employees like yours, combined with our other employees from all over the state, to be part of our larger employee group or “pool”. This larger “pool” provides leverage in negotiating benefits, ability to do direct payroll checking deposits, more professional accounting analysis, safety programs and a whole host of other things that a small employer may never undertake because of the time and expense of setting up these programs.
